FACILITY SUMMARY

Since the first shipbuilding corporation of COSCO was born in Nan
Tong in 2001,they have accumulated abundant knowledge and experience
and a pool of capable experts and engineers in the field of ship repair
and conversion. they could undertake the entire spectrum of high quality
conversion and repair work for a diverse range and capacity of vessels,
from LPG tanker to VLCC, and their ability could meet the intricate
requirements of their customers.
At present, COSCO Shipyard has 13 docks ranging from 300,000DWT to
50,000DWT, 10km good deep-water coastline, more than 600 big ships
repairing and rebuilding capacity per year with high-end services.
A series of successfully completed projects further consolidated and
expanded the COSCO Shipyard-si°Core Customersi±, extensively famed
its brand of ship repair, and helped it get out of the low-end market
of ship repair to stride forward to the high-end market characterized
by big amount of works, high added value and high technology.

Established in July 1999, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation
(CSIC) is a major state-owned enterprise group and one of China's
largest shipbuilding and ship repairing groups. It has 46 industrial
subsidiaries and 28 R&D institutes.
With this unrivalled scientific research and development base, CSIC
has a large capability to design, develop and manufacture new products.
It designs, builds and repairs a wide range of ships including tankers,
chemical and product carriers, bulk carriers, containerships, ro-ro
vessels, LPG, LNG and, engineering and offshore vessels. Ships built
by CSIC shipyards have been exported to over 60 countries and regions
around the world. Currently, the annual shipbuilding capacity of CSIC
is 5 million dwt.

st of July,1999,is an extralarge conglomerate and state-authorized
investment institution directly administered by the central government
of China.It boasts its being the mainstay of the shipbuilding industry
in China.Under its wing, there are totally 60 sole proprietorship
enterprises and shareholding institutions,including a batch of most
powerful and some renowned shipbuilding and shiprepairing yards,research
and design institutes,marine-related equipment manufacturers and trading
firms in China.
CSSC boasts its wide spectrum of products, ranging from the conventional
oil tankers and bulk carriers to the sophisticated and state-of-the-art
vessels,such as LNG carriers,VLCCs,chemical carriers,ro/ro passenger

China Shipping Industry Co., Ltd (CIC) was established in 1998. It
is not only an important land supporting subsidiary of China Shipping
Group who is one of the most important players in the world marine
market, but also a shining star in the sky of domestic ship repair
industry.
CIC mainly engages in ship repair, ship conversion and building of
special vessels. Most of its shipyards and specialty companies are
located in Shanghai and Guangzhou, the most energetic cities in China.
All of the shipyards possess advanced technology and abundant resources.
They not only be experienced in regular ship repair but also show
their competency in repairing and reequipping of special vessels of
any kinds such as LPG ship, asphalt ship, chemical ship, Roro cargo,
dredger and multi-purpose marine ship. The specialty companies provide
special services to support regular ship repair, such as diesel engine
parts reconditioning, automation, boiler, turbo charger, and propeller
repair. In addition, they specialize in tank coating, thickness measurement
and large-scale steel construction.
Droved by the quality strategy of product of high quality, excellent
service and refined management, CIC has always been committed itself
to providing comprehensive service to meet specific needs of ship-owners
and customers. Its constant pursuit is to care about the benefit of
ship-owners and customers and make them more satisfied with its service.
After several years of hard work, CIC repairs over 400 vessels of
various types annually, ranked the first place in the domestic ship

HRDD is a joint venture invested by China Resources Machinery &
Minmetals (Holdings) Co., Ltd., Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group)
Co., Ltd.(H&Z), China Yatong Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Datong NGS
Industries Co., Ltd., majoring in ship repairing and refitting all
sorts of large domestic and foreign ships. The company was founded
in January, 1994 and operated since November, 1995. Over the passed
dozen years, it has made great progress, relying on H&Z's advantages
in management and technology. So far, it has contracted ship repairs
and refits about 1000 vessels from over 30 countries and regions like
U.S., Canada, Germany, U.K., Japan, Korea, Singapore, Norway, Greece,
Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan etc., which 93% of the ships are from
foreign countries. For years, HRDD has been listed as one of the top
ten in China's shiprepair industry, as well as a reputed yard for
ship repairs in the international shiprepair markets. In 2005, HRDD
was listed in the top 4 yards by the SPCC. Then it has been among
the first group of China's shiprepair industry in 2006.
HRDD is located in Chongming Island, Shanghai, close to the bellmouth
of Yangtze River, opposite to the port of Shanghai. With excellent
geographic and water conditions, it covers an area of 230,000 sq.
meters and a coastal line of 2,300 meters. The yard is equipped with
6 jetties over 1350 meters and 4 floating docks: Dadong is capable
for vessels at 175,000 dwt, Huadong for 150,000 dwt, Xingdong for
80,000 dwt and Rundong for 50,000 dwt. Among them, Dadong floating
dock is the biggest in East China, which is capable to accommodate
200,000 dwt vessels or containers at 8,500 TEU. The above-mentioned
4 docks and 6 jetties make HRDD reach an annual capacity for 240 vessels.
HRDD has taken the lead to establish HSE system in yard in China's
shiprepair industry and obtained the OHSAS 18001:1999 certificate
and the ISO 14001:2004 certificate from ABSQE in July, 2006. Moreover,
as the requests of SOLAS and ISPS, the company has also obtained the
certificate for the port's facility and security of PRC, guaranteeing
excellent quality, safety and health for the shipowners.
